• Some broadband FTTH plans involve an FUP (Fair use policy) to ensure uninterrupted experience for all customers.
• Under this Fair Usage Policy, defined levels for fair usage are established, allowing most customers unrestricted use of our FTTH services.
• A very few number of people with much more than normal usage needs may be bound by the cap to prevent overload and ensure quality service for all.
• After the exhaustion of individual usage limits, all plans will be capped at a speed of 1 Mbps.
• The capped limit will be defaulted to the speed of the chosen plan at the start of the next billing cycle.
